1. Reservation & Confirmation
To confirm your booking with MSG Touristic, please provide:

Arrival and departure dates with flight details.

Hotel name, room type/number, and meal plan.

Full names of travelers with titles (Mr/Mrs/Miss).
All confirmed bookings will be sent by email. Online bookings made through our system are guaranteed.
2. Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, 100% payment is required.

For “on request” bookings, once confirmed, payment must be made within 3 days.

Full payment is required 7 days before the booking date.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer to our official accounts.

Cheques are not accepted.
3. Cancellation Policy

Hotels and service providers may apply cancellation fees.

Any cancellation must be sent by email and confirmed by MSG Touristic.

Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made for unused services after the trip has started.
5. Vouchers

A valid voucher number and copy of the itinerary must be provided at least 7 days before arrival.

Any additional services not included in the voucher will be charged separately unless prepaid.
6. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing to MSG Touristic within 30 days of the client’s return.

Complaints received after this period cannot be accepted.
